The Odyssey Outlook 45x22 has 2 bedrooms, office with storage, utility room, en suite, walk in wardrobe, main bathroom with shower and bath. 
This lodge has around £30,000 in optional extras which includes underfloor heating, air conditioning, bi folds, upgraded kitchen, tiled bathrooms, velux, LED feature lighting, cedar cladding. Overall price for the lodge in the photos was £160,000. These are bespoke and built to order.

Odyssey Lodge & Park Homes Ltd manufacture homes to the highest standard with the specifications being above the minimum required for BS3632:2015 residential living. 
All homes come with the following as standard:
Howdens kitchen, hand painted walls, ceilings, and woodwork, CanExel cladding, LED lighting, Mdf ceilings, plasterboard or Mdf walls, carpets and laminate flooring, Bitmet lightweight roofing. Furniture is not included and will be charged separately as a furniture pack if required. 
When it comes to designing your home, you will have the choice to customise the kitchen design and colours, paint colours, glazing and cladding colours and all floor coverings.

Build times are dependent on the model and build spec and average 10-12 weeks.
