Odyssey Monopitch 45x22 2 bed. 
This lodge was created for a park that needed a lodge where you could see the veiw wherever you are in the lodge. The Monopitch style, with central lounge allows this. From the kitchen & living room and both bedrooms you can look out at the veiw. Also, with eliminating the hallway you have more space within the lodge. 
We have several of these in build throughout the year so they can be viewed at the Odyssey factory. 
Odyssey Lodge & Park Homes Ltd manufacture homes to the highest standard with the specifications being above the minimum required for BS3632:2015 residential living. 
All homes come with the following as standard:
Howdens kitchen, hand painted walls, ceilings, and woodwork, Timber/CanExel cladding, LED lighting, Mdf ceilings, plasterboard or Mdf walls, carpets and laminate flooring, Bitmet lightweight roofing. Furniture is not included and will be charged separately as a furniture pack if required. 
When it comes to designing your home, you will have the choice to customise the kitchen design and colours, paint colours, glazing and cladding colours and all floor coverings. 
Please note: some of the specifications shown in photos may not be standard and have been added at extra cost. 
Build times are dependent on the model and build spec and average 8-12 weeks.
